The view from the room was nice and the breakfast had a variety of options. The hotel was located in a convenient area for accessing local attractions. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
The room itself was not up to par. The facilities felt dated and old.

No proper air circulation in the room. Fan/AC are not provided. Found some mosquitoes in the room.Rooms are poorly/improperly lit. Hot water is not coming in the wash basin. Hot water is available in bath room shower only. In Food court, lot of noise of traffic which is going just below it on the road. Value for money- poor.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location in the highland area was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with room service available 24 hours a day. The hotel offers a range of amenities such as car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. my experience at this venue was truly luxurious and enhanced my comfort during my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of this hotel was great, only a short walk away from key attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a smooth process. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with great views of the surrounding area.
My experience wasn't great overall. the hotel lacked cleanliness, especially in the swimming pool area.

I was actually surprised by the beautiful pool at this hotel. The garden view was also lovely, and the breakfast had a nice variety of food and fruit to choose from. the location was very convenient as it was close to restaurants and cafes.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

It was also in close proximity to a shopping area, which made it convenient to grab a few souvenirs. the room we stayed in had a spectacular view of the surrounding scenery. Service was top-notch, and the breakfast buffet had a variety of options that satisfied our cravings.
We noticed that the gym had limited hours, which didn't cater to our schedule.
